Bella has now attained her immortality and joins her husband Edward amongst the ranks of the Cullen Clan of Vampires. Her newborn daughter, Renessmee, the product of both mortal and vampire love, is strangely not a child of either world but a curious mix between the two and her accelerated growth has attracted the interest of the Volturi, the vampire aristocracy and powerbrokers who want Renessmee for their own. Jacob, Bella's alternate love interest, local werewolf and georgous bod', is devastated as he has coveted Renesmee by Imprinting with her, a tribal spiritual phenomena that compels him to protect her for life. A showdown with the Volturi ensues and it is Bella who discovers she too has a unique gift of protection that envolopes all those within her circle of love.
