A perennial party boy living from one indiscriminate sexual partner to the next discovers during one of the said encounters that he has a lump in his testicle. The removal surgery is scheduled a month away and Jonah will be rendered infertile. Facing the prospect of a childless future he sets out to convince any one of all of his present and previous female aquaintances to have a child with him. Funny he should find that not one is willing and that he needs to resort to bribery in his desperate attempt to procreate. Advising him to ditch the ex-girlfriend strategy and cut out the emotional complications, his house-mate Stevie assesses his options with razor-sharp frankness, lining up candidates and brokering meetings. But as Stevie’s efforts as a ‘womb agent’ stall, and time ticks away … Jonah soon realises that the perfect candidate might be closer than anyone would think.
