TWILIGHT - Episode 1

Synopsis: Bella journeys north to a new school that sits under a cloud in the wettest town in America. The darkness attracts a subversive breed of undead - vampires who live in harmony, but within a safe distance, of the humans. Science class has proved hazardous for Bella who finds herself sitting next to Edward Cullen...a vampire who's unique sense of smell detects something primal in his proximity to Bella, he can't decide whether to suck her dry or wrap her in his arms, either choice poses a great threat to Bella, who is ripe for plucking at the tender age of 17 and n'er been kissed. Bella is smitten and suspiscous that Edward is more than just an awesome looking guy after a couple of incidents reveal his super human features. Bella does her research, mostly through local Indian folklore where her friendship with Jacob from the reservation begins, and has come to terms with the fact that she has fallen in love with a vampire who is 104 years old trapped in a 17 yr old body. Sub-plot; Another clan of vampires who are less concerned about the social impact of sucking humans dry en masse has entered the Cullen territory and discovered a human amongst their ranks. Bella's scent drives them crazy and a wild plan ensues to trap Bella away from the protection of the Cullen's.

Synopsis: Bella and Edward are now passionately in love although true to the mid west american bible belt morality of the author, Bella & Edward don't actually get it on and remain unmarried! The story line is modelled around the tragedy of Romeo & Juliet which the senior year students are now studying. A bloody incident prompts Edward to flee in order to protect Bella. Bella is devastated and months of agony go by before she discovers she can turn on a vision of her beloved by behaving recklessly. Cutting to the chase, he thinks she's killed herself in one of her reckless stunts, in turn, he tries to kill himself but fortuantley they don't get to stage 3 and manage to stay alive, nonetheless, attracting the attention of a centuries old vampire clan called the venturi who are interested in the Cullen family and their unique skills. Sub-plot; all of the native Indian boys at the local reservation are actually werewolves and Bella gets mighty close to her particular wolfy friend Jacob whose new disposition helps keep Bella Safe in Edward's absence from a renegade girlfriend seeking revenge.

Bella Swan is reunited with the love of her life, Edward, who has set aside his concerns and, with old fashioned verve, proposed! Bella has more to contend with, she's getting older and Edward will be 17 forever, she sees her destiny as an immortal and bargains with Edward that they'll marry if he changes her. Bella's friendship with Jacob has also blossomed, he wants to be with Bella too but tragically struggles with an unrequitted love. Stephanie Meyer has themed her story around the literary classic characters of Catherine, Earnshaw and Heathcliff and the two men in Bella's life are simply never going to get along. She is torn between the love she feels for Edward and her strong friendship and sympathy for Jacob. Sub-plot; There are new dangers lurking around the corners; Seattle is subjected to increasingly suspiscous disappearances and murders. An army of vampire new borns is being amassed and our favourite girlfriend with an axe to grind appears to be behind it.

Bella & Edward's fairytale wedding causes concern amongst the Quileutes and joy for the Cullens as they welcome Bella into their fold, alas, she is still human. Bella discovers making love with a vampire is voracious and the unthinkabble happens, she becomes preganant. No one knows what to expect, and the pregnancy is not normal. The Quileute and the Volturi close in on the expecting parents whose unborn child poses different threats to the wolf pack and vampire coven.
BREAKING DAWN PART 2 - Episode 5

Bella has now attained her immortality and joins her husband Edward amongst the ranks of the Cullen Clan of Vampires. Her newborn daughter, Renessmee, the product of both mortal and vampire love, is strangely not a child of either world but a curious mix between the two and her accelerated growth has attracted the interest of the Volturi, the vampire aristocracy and powerbrokers who want Renessmee for their own. Jacob, Bella's alternate love interest, local werewolf and georgous bod', is devastated as he has coveted Renesmee by 'Imprinting' with her, a tribal spiritual phenomena that compels him to protect her for life. A showdown with the Volturi ensues and it is Bella who discovers she too has a unique gift of protection that envolopes all those within her circle of love.
